Job Title: Customer Service Executive/Officer


  • To effectively monitor patient grievance mechanism and to ensure proper corrective action taken
  • To serve as a liaison personnel between the customers and the hospital management
  • To prioritize the management of customer complaints and feedback for quick and effective action and inform the customer accordingly
  • To ensure that customer expectation is being met in line with the organization's mission and vision
  • Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer experience through excellent customer service


  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 1 year working experience in related field, exposure to service/hospital sector is added advantage
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills in English. Computer literate and Internet savvy
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Passionate in delivering excellent service experience
